Composite Bonding

Fixing teeth with composite bonding

Do you dream of symmetrical, stunning teeth? If so, composite bonding, also known as composite resins, could be just for you! Our dentistry experts are here to help and treat you in English.

Composite bonding can give you natural, healthy-looking teeth. It is a fast and beautiful fix for replacing old composite fillings, repairing chipped teeth and closing gaps between front teeth.

We have extensive experience using composite bonding at our clinic. Aesthetic fillings ensure a beautiful end result without damaging healthy dental tissue. Composite bonding gives you a beautiful and natural smile that does not go unnoticed.

Who benefits from composite bonding?

Composite bonding helps to fix many common dental issues. You might benefit from dental bonding if you have uneven enamel or discoloured, chipped and worn teeth. Composite bonding is an excellent choice for fixing:

  • small asymmetries and uneven teeth,
  • erosion,
  • mica patches,
  • chipped teeth,
  • minor misalignments and malocclusion,
  • and replacing old, discoloured composite fillings

How does composite bonding enhance your teeth?

Aesthetic dental treatment with dental bonding is possible without drilling, pain or damaging healthy dental tissue. Fixing your teeth with dental bonding is a cost-effective and gentle operation that does not necessarily require removing tooth enamel to attach the composite filling.

The composite filling is created layer by layer for a natural and clean look. At eSmile, composite bonding is designed and used by trained and experienced dentists. The dentist must have a particular command of the composite bonding technique, as the dental filling consists of several different tones and characteristics.

At eSmile, we use composite bonding almost daily, so you are treated by experienced specialists. An experienced dentist can use composite bonding for a naturally beautiful end result that matches your teeth’s different tones and characteristics.

Porcelain or composite dental veneers?

There are different options for fixing teeth, including ceramic veneers, composite resin and a combination of the two. A combination of composite resin and porcelain dental veneers can fix the appearance of teeth. We can create ceramic veneers for some of the most prominent teeth and composite veneers for others.

Both composite and ceramic veneers are used to improve the appearance of teeth and fix dental damage. The most notable differences between the two are aesthetics and durability. Ceramic veneers are more expensive than composite ones and can be more aesthetically pleasing. However, ceramic veneers almost always require removing tooth enamel, straightening, or both. Although ceramic veneers are more durable, composite veneers are also long-lasting.

The composite resin material is porous, so we recommend protecting your teeth with a nightguard after dental bonding treatment. Careful brushing twice a day and flossing is particularly important after treatment.

before after

Before and after: The customer’s teeth were first treated with Invisalign teeth straightening and combination whitening. The teeth were then finished with six thin dental veneers and small composite fillings.

Comprehensive dental treatment and small fixes

Teeth are an important part of your appearance, which is why sometimes even a small fix can noticeably improve your smile. Composite bonding can be used even for comprehensive enhancements.

Dental veneers are often used after orthodontic treatment to enhance the appearance of straightened teeth. Composite bonding can be used to create a full veneer for the entire tooth or a smaller fix for just the tip of a tooth.

Fixing worn teeth with composite bonding is simple for the customer; a single visit is often enough for the procedure. We can also create more comprehensive composite veneers in just 48 hours!
